Commercial Service Plumbing Supervisor – Lead Field Operations Across Washington DC

The Opportunity

You will serve as a vital operational leader driving field execution and quality across commercial plumbing projects in the DMV region. This high-impact role gives you the platform to mentor field technicians while taking ownership of safety, profitability, and client satisfaction. You will lead a dedicated team with full support from a business that treats you like family.


How You Will Make an Impact

  • Oversee and manage daily field operations, ensuring technicians complete job tickets on schedule and within budget.
  • Mentor and guide service technicians and apprentices through hands-on technical training and coaching.
  • Conduct regular field visits to maintain strict compliance with safety protocols and commercial plumbing codes.
  • Resolve real-time technical and logistical challenges on-site to minimize client downtime.
  • Manage material sourcing and supply ordering to keep field projects operating efficiently.

  • Participate in the leadership rotation to dispatch and support on-call technicians during urgent situations.


Required Qualifications & Experience

  • Minimum of 10 years of hands-on experience in commercial plumbing service and installations.
  • Proven background leading field crews, managing job tickets, and coordinating project logistics.
  • Exceptional troubleshooting skills across complex commercial plumbing 
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with a client-first mindset.
  • Proficiency in using electronic devices, including smartphones, tablets, and field management applications.
  • Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.


Preferred Qualifications & Experience

  • Active Journeyman or Master Plumber License.
  • Graduation from an accredited trade program or technical certification program.
  • Prior experience managing on-call rotations and dispatch workflows.
