Park Cleaners often encounter challenges such as dealing with large volumes of waste after busy weekends or events, unpredictable weather conditions, and ensuring safety while handling sharp or hazardous materials. To manage these challenges, it's important to follow safety protocols, use appropriate protective gear, and maintain a consistent cleaning schedule. Communication with supervisors and teamwork with other grounds staff also help in efficiently addressing problem areas and maintaining a clean, welcoming park for visitors.
