As a Skiptown Social (Park) Skipper, you'll be the friendly face of the park, making sure guests and their pups have a safe, enjoyable, and memorable visit. You'll monitor dog play, assist guests with questions or concerns, and keep the park clean and organized. If you love working with both people and dogs and thrive in a lively outdoor environment, this is the role for you.

What You'll Do:

  • Greet guests warmly and provide exceptional service during their visit
  • Monitor dog playgroups to ensure safe and positive interactions
  • Confidently redirect or separate dogs if needed to maintain a safe environment
  • Enforce park rules consistently and fairly for all guests
  • Keep the park clean, organized, and stocked with supplies like waste bags and cleaning products
  • Assist with guest questions about memberships, services, and upcoming events
  • Support special events, promotions, and park activities when needed
  • Document and report any incidents, injuries, or behavioral concerns
