Ferguson is currently seeking the right individual to fill an immediate need for a Lead Operations Coordinator!
Responsibilities
  • Invoice Preview Reports - Maintain billing accuracy by reviewing orders
  • Managing Ops box requests regarding credits, debits, RGA's, general order inquiries
  • Supervise inventory accuracy through cycle counts, POU stocking, & daily receiving
  • Ability to lead the team in Managers absence
  • Motivates and leads by example for others to follow
  • Handle daily operational tasks for branches

Qualifications
The ideal candidate will possess the following:
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office: Excel, Word, and Outlook
  • 1-3 years' experience handling inventory/operational tasks
  • Experience in our industry is a plus
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to prioritize workload appropriately in order to balance multiple demands and meet timelines as required
  • Desire to learn new things
  • The ability to thrive in an inclusive environment
  • A willingness to learn is a must have!

Pay Range:
$15.00 - $30.15
Estimated Ranges displayed are Monthly for Salaried roles OR Hourly for all other roles.
This role is Bonus or Incentive Plan eligible.
