Role: Litigation Legal Assistant
Location: Washington, DC metro area
Type: FT / Hybrid
About the Team:
Well-established professional services firm with a collaborative regional office and a strong litigation support environment.
What You'll Do:
โ€ข Support senior attorneys with calendars, travel, meetings, and daily priorities
โ€ข Prepare, edit, proofread, and finalize litigation documents and correspondence
โ€ข Assist with state and federal court filings, pleadings, motions, and deadlines
โ€ข Coordinate depositions, subpoenas, discovery support, and matter logistics
โ€ข Manage document organization, version control, billing, expenses, and workflow tracking
โ€ข Serve as a trusted point of contact for internal teams, clients, and court personnel
