Job description

We are seeking a detail-oriented Commercial Intelligence Analyst to translate sales, marketing, and digital performance data into actionable insights that drive revenue growth. This role serves as the analytical engine behind our commercial decision-making - measuring what's working, identifying where opportunity is being left on the table, and equipping leadership and the sales team with the intelligence they need to act with confidence.
  • Build and maintain dashboards and reports tracking sales performance, digital marketing KPIs, pipeline metrics, and customer segment trends
  • Analyze Google Ads and SEO campaign performance; identifying opportunities to improve spend efficiency, keyword targeting, and conversion rates
  • Mine RFQ data to identify win/loss patterns, pricing gaps, and segment-level trends that inform commercial strategy
  • Monitor website analytics and user behavior to surface actionable recommendations for improving inbound lead quality and conversion
  • Support pricing analysis; identifying anomalies, margin trends, and competitive positioning across customer segments
  • Conduct competitive intelligence research and translate findings into digestible summaries for leadership
  • Partner with sales and marketing to define measurement frameworks, attribution models, and performance benchmarks
  • Identify opportunities to automate reporting and analytical workflows using AI tools and scripting
  • Deliver regular performance reviews and ad hoc analysis to support commercial planning and decision-making

Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, Statistics, Economics, or related field
  • Experience with AI tools for analysis, summarization, or workflow automation
  • 2-5 years of experience in a commercial analytics, digital marketing analytics, or sales operations role
  • Proficiency with Google Analytics, Google Ads, and SEO tools (e.g., SEMrush, Ahrefs)
  • Advanced Excel skills and experience using data visualization or BI tools to build charts, dashboards, or reports, with the ability to adapt to new tools
  • Familiarity with CRM and ERP data structures
  • Strong communicator able to translate complex data into clear, concise narratives for non-technical audiences
  • Eligible to work in the United States
