Responsibilities

Develop and execute a sales strategy to acquire new commercial insurance clients.

Analyze client business operations and risk exposures to recommend appropriate insurance coverage.

Prepare and present comprehensive insurance proposals tailored to client needs.

Service existing commercial accounts, ensuring client retention and satisfaction.

Requirements

Wisconsin Property and Casualty License (or ability to obtain within 90 days).

Proven experience in commercial insurance sales or a similar client-facing sales role.

Demonstrated ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.

Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

Proficiency in agency management systems and Microsoft Office Suite.

A proactive approach to identifying client needs and providing solutions.
