Synergy Companies is looking for a commercial assessment to conduct commercial assessments and be the face of the company. This is an in the field position. This person will be going to businesses to assess, photograph and measure for the Napa Area.This person will also be installing lighting and thermostats. You'll have the daily opportunity to help change someone's life by making their homes more comfortable, safer, and more energy efficient.

Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Must be willing to drive own vehicle
    • Own reliable vehicle
  • Comfortable with ladders
  • Create site sketches with accurate data
  • Measure and record data
  • Able to interact effectively with customers
  • Detail oriented
  • Valid California's drivers license
  • Proficiency with computers and apple tablets
  • Take clean photos of jobsite

Duties:
  • Conduct a physical site survey using a variety of company provided tools and equipment
  • Fill out site surveying sheets, upload data to the project management system
  • Effectively manage your scheduler to complete time-sensitive tasks on a daily basis
  • Accessing, assessing, photographing and measuring
  • Upload data to site capture
  • Perform other tasks and duties as required
  • Proficiency in locating, evaluating, and reporting on the current conditions of major building systems and their individual components
  • May provide professional recommendation for remaining service life and recommended repair or replacement
  • Assessor will advise corrective action for associate deficient action for associated deficient conditions in sufficient detail to support cost estimates
  • Communicated with the management team on schedule and project status, assists with development of the assessment findings report
  • Installing energy saving measures such as lighting and thermostats
