Platinum Security has openings for a Field Supervisor . The position is responsible for training, supervising officers at all Platinum accounts. This includes covering posts if needed.

Field Supervisors must have excellent leadership skills and be able to deal with adverse situations. ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS: Assume overall responsibility for the safety and security of the designated area Manage open schedules and cross-training Conduct detailed employee evaluations, site inspections, incident reporting, conducting investigations and creating action plans Process various reports to monitor operational progress, spot potential problems or negative trends to improve operations and/or customer partnerships Train, and provide support to new employees Assist with Field Operations as needed with regards to client relations, special assignments Respond to emergencies and incidents promptly and according to policy Ability to deal professionally in stressful situations with a high degree of conflict management & resolution skills Maintain Client Relations for the assigned client Perform all other functions and duties as required or assigned by Platinum Security and/or the Client
