Ignite is currently seeking a AMD Mission Command Program Integrator to join our team supporting the Portfolio Acquisition Executive (PAE) Fires, Integrated Fires Mission Command (IFMC) Project Office , Air and Missile Defense Mission Command Product Office (AMD MC PdO) to assist and coordinate Army Air and Missile Defense Command and Control System software product requirements. The requirements focus on the Army Integrated Air Missile Defense (AIAMD) system portfolio to include the Integrated Battle Command System (IBCS) and Patriot, as well as integration of Sensor and Weapon Platforms such as Sentinel, Lower Tier Air and Missile Defense Sensor (LTAMDS), and Indirect Fire Protection Capability (IFPC). This position is located at Redstone Arsenal, Alabama.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
  • Working with Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) to better understand the scope of an Initiative/Capability.
  • Developing concepts utilizing a Model-Based System Engineering (MBSE) approach in an Agile SW workflow and environment.
  • Assembling Artifacts and other information into Solutions Initiative Documents (SIDs) as well as Solutions Engineering Documents (SEDs) and refining Jira tickets as necessary.
  • Modeling Capability behavior (SV-1, SV-4) using the MagicDraw MBSE tool.
  • Creating/modifying existing behavior to include Functions and Data Exchanges/Signals.
  • Defining Acceptance Criteria for a Capability and tracing the Acceptance Criteria to behavior in the model.
  • Determining the current Capabilities Description Document (CDD) and System Spec requirements being satisfied by the capability and establishing those links in the model.
  • Recommending follow-up Feature tickets to be implemented at the Program Level.
  • Facilitating/Leading both Internal and Formal Reviews of an Initiative/Capability.
  • Adjudicating review comments and transitioning recommended Capabilities/Features to the backlog by drafting Capabilities/Features for implementation using Jira.
  • Participating in regularly scheduled team stand-ups as well as Team Planning, Retrospectives, and Prioritization.
  • Other duties as assigned.
Job Requirements and Qualifications:
  • An active SECRET security clearance and the ability to maintain.
  • A bachelorโ€™s degree in a relevant discipline or significant applicable experience.
  • 10+ years of applicable experience associated withbusiness, financial, contract, and software management activities.
  • A strong understanding of and experience withAIAMD systems.
  • Good communications skills, people skills, and enthusiasm are essential, as well as the ability to handle a variety of tasks in a team environment.
  • The ability to research data, analyze information, synthesize options, and make sound recommendations to staff contractors and government officials.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
  • Ability to travel when required
Desired Qualifications:
  • Previous Army acquisition product and/or program management experience.
  • Previous experience with the Army Air and Missile Defense Command and Control systems such as IBCS, Patriot, FAAD C2, Sentinel, LTAMDS, and Indirect Fire Protection Capability.
  • Previous experience with Atlassian software management tools (e.g. Jira, Confluence).
Security Clearance Requirements: Must have an active Secret Security Clearance or the ability to obtain one. Education Requirements:
  • A bachelorโ€™s degree in a relevant discipline or significant applicable experience.
