Responsibilities:

Be an expert on the monitoring process and rules. Serve as a point of escalation for the monitoring team to answer questions, help resolve issues, and support task analysis and assignment workflow.

Ability to balance multiple priorities simultaneously and capability to focus on key efforts when required

Hands on Computer Engineer with understanding and passion for technology, works cross functionally to solve, and has a passion for internal and external customer success

Has a robust understanding of the environment including Linux, Windows, and storage fabrics

Lead the team and take ownership of critical issues

Required Experience & Qualifications:

Experience in basic network concepts

Experience in support based ticket handling system

Able to communicate successfully across all levels of the organization

Excellent managing & influencing skills

Expert in navigating through ambiguity and prioritizing conflicting asks.

Incident Tracking and communication

Excellent communication and leadership skills

Experience and willing to work in 24X7 shift model including weekends and holidays


Qualifications

ย Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Management or other technical / IT field, OR in lieu of a degree: a HS diploma/GED and minimum 4 years of IT experience or equivalent military experience/training.

ย One of the Certification is a must:ย CCNA / CCNPย orย Service+ A+ย ,ย Export Control Certificationย for EC resources.

ย Minimum 5 years of experience in IT infrastructure operations and/or engineering teams. 24/7 Operations experience

ย Minimum 5 years' experience and demonstrated capability and competency to thrive and solve in a complex, multi-tenant compute environment.

ย Minimum 5 years' experience and proven capability to work in a highly matrix organization environment.
