About Our Organization

We are the second-largest county-owned health and hospital system in California, dedicated to enhancing the health of approximately 1.9 million residents in our county. Our system includes four hospitals: a central facility with 731 beds, another with 358 licensed beds, a third with 93 licensed beds, and a fourth with 258 licensed beds. Additionally, we operate a network of primary care clinics, urgent care facilities, dental services, behavioral health services, and a wide array of specialty services at our Valley Specialty Center.

About the Position

The ideal candidate will thrive in a collaborative team setting, demonstrating strong interpersonal and communication skills to build and maintain professional relationships with patients, families, and healthcare team members. Clinical duties may encompass both ambulatory and inpatient Ob/Gyn services, gynecologic surgeries, and obstetrical care in Labor & Delivery, along with 2 to 4 in-house calls monthly. There will also be opportunities to engage in research and quality improvement initiatives aligned with professional training and career aspirations.

Compensation and Benefits

We provide a competitive salary along with a comprehensive benefits package that includes 36 days of leave annually, 13 holidays, and 5 CME days.
