What you will be doing:
         Working directly with agile teams as a Scrum Master on planning and execution
         Mentoring and teaching agile teams and individuals within the Product Development Organization including the leadership team
         Facilitating cross functional collaboration within the Product Development Organization
         Living and breathing the continuous improvement culture
         Championing change management
         Implementing agile team rollouts
         Coaching new employees on agile process

Qualifications

         A thorough understanding of Agile methodologies and metrics

         Tremendous Organization and Communication skills
         Intrinsically motivated
         Solid interpersonal skills and plays extremely well with others
         Passion around facilitation, empowerment, and servant leadership
         Know/worked with and within Scrum, Kanban, and/or  XP teams extensively
         Knowledge of sound Agile Engineering Practices (TDD, BDD, Continuous Integration, etc.)
         Sound knowledge around Agile Lifecycle Management Tools
         Bachelor's Degree required
