Job Summary

Comcast Spectacor is a leading sports and entertainment company that creates extraordinary experiences for millions of fans across the globe. As a Retail Warehouse Associate, you'll have the opportunity to assist with the daily operations of our on-site and off-site warehouses and events, in addition to helping execute inventory management and efficient distribution to our arena retail locations. This is an exciting time to join our team and contribute to the success of our world-class events and merchandise operations at Xfinity Mobile Arena.

Job Description

Job Responsibilities:
  • Assist in on-site and off-site warehouse operations, including but not limited to all aspects of inventory control, product shipments, arena distributions, and event preparations.
  • Execute inventory management concepts such as tagging, folding, hanging and maintaining a clean/organized operation.
  • Collaborate closely with the retail game day staff to ensure merchandise and operational supplies are received, stored, replenished, and distributed efficiently and accurately.
  • Assists in the audits of inventory to maintain accuracy and accountability; event by event as well as annually.
  • Follow safety regulations and maintains a clean and organized work environment.
  • Utilize warehouse management systems and other relevant software to track inventory and manage warehouse operations effectively.
  • Assist with Internal Purchases and Online Store Orders; tasks include but are not limited to picking, packing, and closing orders to department standards.
Qualifications:
  • Strong understanding of inventory management best practices and warehouse operations.
  • Familiarity with warehouse management software and inventory control systems.
  • Proficient interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Problem-solving skills with the ability to make data-driven decisions.
  • Strong organizational and time-management abilities to meet deadlines in a dynamic setting.
  • Physical ability to lift and move heavy objects as needed.
  • Position requires flexibility in scheduling; ability to work nights and weekends is preferred.
