  • - Fetal monitoring - Low Risk Pregnancy--History of Twins, Toxemia, Pyelonephritis - FHR Interpretation-NST/CST/FSE - OB ultrasounds-Performance of and Interpretation - Routine Delivery-Vaginal, Low Forceps, Decision-Making for C-Section - Complicated Delivery-C-Section, Breech, Multiple Births, Abruptions, VBACs, Repair of 3rd & 4th Degree Lacerations - Office/Minor Gynecology-IUD, Cystoscopy, Colposcopy, Cryosurgery, LEEP; Laparoscopic Diagnostic/Minor-Tubal Ligation, LOAs, Chromal Tubation - Operative/Major (Includes Diagnostic)-Ectopic Pregnancy, Ovary Removal, Cystectomy, Extensive LOAs
  • Documentation System/EMR: Cerner, will convert to Epic in 2025
  • Not accepting visa candidates
  • Open to new graduate applicants who are Board Eligible (within 5 years of residency) but MUST have plans to test and be Board Certified prior to start
  • Not accepting Locums candidates
  • Cannot accept providers who have any malpractice cases that are in Probate or that require supervision. Clean malpractice is preferred.
  • Board Certified or Board Eligible (within 3 years of residency and to be BC within 1 year of employment) in OB/GYN - REQUIRED
  • IL license (or willing to obtain) - REQUIRED
  • Certified Neonatal Resuscitation Provider (NRP) - REQUIRED
