What are the key skills and qualifications needed to thrive in the Color Lab position, and why are they important?

To excel in a Color Lab role, you need a solid understanding of color theory, precise attention to detail, and experience with color measurement and matching processes, often backed by a background in chemistry, textiles, or graphic arts. Familiarity with spectrophotometers, color-matching software, and lab safety procedures is typically required.
