Role and Responsibilities

  • Responsible for development of products in laboratory environment
  • Weigh, extrude, mill, grinding, and cleanup powder coating
  • Spray test panels
  • Perform laboratory tests using approved testing methods
  • Document test results
  • Adjust formulation based on trial and error methods
  • Prepare customer samples and trials
