Job Summary
The Graphic Designer partners with cross-functional teams to concept, design, and execute compelling visual communications across print, digital, and social media channels for Standard Process. This role ensures brand consistency while applying modern tools, including AI-assisted workflows, to increase creative efficiency, quality, and scalability. A strong understanding of print design and production processes is essential.
Job Title: Graphic Designer
Hours: 8:00am-4:30pm Monday-Friday
Location: Palmyra, WI (Hybrid)
Essential Functions
Creative & Project Execution
  • Manage multiple design projects from concept through final delivery
  • Brainstorm, develop, and present creative solutions aligned to brand strategy
  • Extend approved concepts across multiple channels and touchpoints
  • Collaborate closely with marketing, brand, and external partners
  • Communicate project status, timelines, and feedback clearly
  • Maintain accurate records of project files, approvals, and specifications
  • Balance multiple project while meeting deadlines and maintaining high design standards across all deliverables
Digital & Social Media Design
  • Design assets optimized for digital platforms including web, email, and social media
  • Create platform-specific social media assets (e.g., Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn)
  • Adapt concepts across multiple formats while maintaining brand consistency
  • Understand digital best practices including sizing, formats, accessibility, and usability
  • Support marketing goals through effective digital visual storytelling
Print Design & Production
  • Design and prepare files for professional print production
  • Apply best practices for typography, layout, color control, and image quality
  • Ensure accurate file setup including bleeds, color profiles, and output specifications
  • Partner with printers and vendors; attend press checks and color approvals as needed
  • Deliver print, packaging, environmental, and promotional materials on deadline
AI, Tools & Emerging Technology
  • Leverage AI-powered tools to improve ideation, speed, iteration, and production
  • Apply AI responsibly while maintaining brand integrity, copyright standards, and ethics
  • Continuously explore emerging design tools, trends, and technologies
  • Recommend process improvements that increase creative efficiency
Brand Stewardship
  • Ensure consistent application of brand identity and messaging across all deliverables

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in graphic design, or comparable degree, plus experience
Experience
  • 3-6 years work-related experience required
  • Demonstrated experience in print, digital, and social media design
  • Strong understanding of print processes
  • Experience developing and maintaining brand identity systems
  • Packaging, advertising, and campaign design experience preferred
  • Project ownership from concept through completion
Specialized Knowledge and Skills
  • Mastery of typography, color, layout, and visual hierarchy
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud, including InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, and XD
  • Working knowledge of digital design tools such as Figma or similar platforms
  • Ability to interpret project objectives and translate them into clear, effective, and visually compelling design solutions
  • Ability to clearly articulate design concepts, rationale, and recommendations to both creative and non-creative stakeholders
  • Proven ability to collaborate effectively within cross-functional teams to achieve shared goals
  • Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, in-house environment while managing multiple priorities
  • Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and quality control throughout the design process
  • Experience using or experimenting with AI-assisted design tools to improve creative efficiency and workflow
  • Demonstrated ability to accept, apply, and provide constructive feedback in a professional manner
  • Motion design or animation experience (e.g., simple animations, social motion, or video graphics) is a plus, but not required

Work Environment: This job operates in a professional office environment and routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, keyboards, and phones. This is a sedentary role; however, this role may also have to do some light lifting of supplies and materials from time to time.
