Job DescriptionOverviewAs a Senior Graphic Designer, you will be responsible for conceptualizing and executing high-quality design projects across various platforms, mentoring junior designers/interns, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure cohesive brand representation. The ideal candidate will have a strong portfolio showcasing their expertise in graphic design, exceptional leadership abilities, and a deep understanding of industry trends.
What You'll Be DoingMay include, but not limited to:
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to understand project objectives, target audience, and brand guidelines to deliver impactful designs that align with business goals.
- Conceptualize visually stunning designs for a range of marketing materials, including creating logos and establishing brand standards.
- Create digital assets, mood boards, print collateral, presentations, and more.
- Ensure consistency and brand adherence across all design deliverables.
- Stay updated with emerging design trends, techniques, and tools to continually elevate the quality and creativity of design work.
- Lead and mentor junior graphic designers, providing guidance and constructive feedback to elevate their skills and performance.
What You Need For This Position- Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design or a related field.
- Extensive experience in graphic design, with a strong portfolio showcasing a variety of design projects.
- Expertise in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Canva).
- In-depth knowledge of design principles, typography, color theory, and layout.
- Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Exceptional attention to detail and ability to deliver high-quality work in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.
