Warehouse - Loading Department Supervisor

M-F | 8:00pm - 4:30am

On-Site | King of Prussia, PA

Colonial Electric Supply is seeking a warehouse Loading Department Supervisor who enjoys leadership, precision, and working with clear processes. You’ll lead our overnight loading operations and be supported by a team that values consistency, reliability, and attention to detail. The ideal candidate will enjoy steady, hands‑on leadership, and value a safe, structured environment. Our Warehouse Loading Department Supervisor plays an important part in overseeing accurate, high-quality order shipments for our customers.

What You’ll Do

  • Follow clear, step‑by‑step procedures to oversee overnight loading operations

  • Operate and supervise the safe use of warehouse equipment (pallet jack, counterbalance, forklift)

  • Ensure a clean, organized, and safe workspace while monitoring team compliance

  • Select, verify, and prepare outbound materials accurately using loading logs and order instructions

  • Work steadily and consistently throughout your shift to meet departure deadlines

  • Receive, store, pick, and ship materials as part of daily warehouse operations

  • Participate in training, enforce all company policies, and champion safety standards

  • Support teammates, lead by example, and maintain a positive, cooperative work environment
