Warehouse Associate – Production Incentive Pay Available

Franklin, MA
Schedule: Full-Time | Monday–Friday | 4:00 AM until completion
Pay: Starting at $18.00 per hour + Production Incentive Pay (Top performers can earn additional weekly incentives based on productivity and performance)


About the Role

Total Warehouse Solutions is seeking dependable and motivated Warehouse Associates to join our growing team in Franklin, MA. This position is responsible for loading, unloading, sorting, and moving products safely and efficiently while maintaining a clean and organized work environment. Candidates with warehouse experience are encouraged to apply, but we are willing to train motivated individuals.


Essential Duties & Responsibilities

  • Load and unload products from trailers, containers, pallets, and racks.
  • Pick, pack, sort, and stage products for shipment.
  • Build and secure pallets using stretch wrap, tape, and other packaging materials.
  • Operate pallet jacks, forklifts, and other material-handling equipment safely.
  • Verify product quantities and inspect shipments for damages or shortages.
  • Maintain accurate inventory and follow work instructions.
  • Keep work areas clean, organized, and compliant with safety standards.
  • Follow OSHA regulations and all company policies and procedures.
  • Work collaboratively with team members to meet daily production goals.
  • Perform other warehouse duties as assigned.

Qualifications

  • Previous warehouse experience preferred, but not required.
  • Ability to lift, push, and pull 50–70 pounds.
  • Experience operating pallet jacks and forklifts is a plus.
  • OSHA certification preferred; training available for qualified candidates.
  • Basic math and counting skills.
  • Ability to work independently and in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety.
  • Willingness to work overtime, weekends, and holidays as business needs require.
  • Must successfully pass a background check and drug screening.
