Job description

Warehouse Associate – Production Incentive Pay + $750 Sign-On Bonus

Location: Franklin, MA
Schedule: Full-Time | Monday–Friday | 4:00 AM until completion
Pay: Starting at $18.00 per hour + Production Incentive Pay (Top performers can earn additional weekly incentives based on productivity and performance.)

$750 Sign-On Bonus

Join our team and earn a $750 Sign-On Bonus!

  • $375 after successfully completing 60 working days
  • $375 after successfully completing 90 working days

Bonus is subject to company policy and employment eligibility requirements.

About the Role

Total Warehouse Solutions is looking for dependable, hardworking, and motivated Warehouse Associates to join our growing team in Franklin, MA. In this role, you will help load, unload, sort, stage, and move products safely and efficiently while maintaining a clean and organized warehouse. Warehouse experience is preferred, but we are happy to train individuals with a strong work ethic and a positive attitude.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities

  • Load and unload freight from trailers, containers, pallets, and racks.
  • Pick, pack, sort, and stage products for outbound shipments.
  • Build, wrap, and secure pallets using stretch wrap and other packaging materials.
  • Safely operate pallet jacks, forklifts, and other warehouse equipment (when certified).
  • Verify product quantities and inspect shipments for damages or shortages.
  • Accurately move inventory throughout the warehouse.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
  • Follow OSHA regulations and all company safety policies.
  • Meet daily productivity and quality expectations.
  • Perform additional warehouse duties as assigned.

Qualifications

  • Previous warehouse experience preferred, but not required.
  • Ability to lift, push, and pull 50–70 lbs consistently.
  • Forklift or pallet jack experience is a plus.
  • OSHA certification is preferred but not required.
  • Basic math and counting skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced warehouse environment.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety.
  • Willingness to work overtime, weekends, and holidays when needed.
  • Must successfully pass a background check and pre-employment drug screening.
