  • Perform minor to major vehicle body repairs
  • Tear down vehicles prior to repair
  • Inspect vehicles thoroughly and recommend appropriate repair plans
  • Coordinate repairs with other team members
  • Inspect completed repairs to ensure quality and customer satisfaction
  • Maintain high quality standards and attention to detail
  • Meet and exceed customer expectations
  • Assist with maintaining cleanliness and organization of the shop
  • Ensure proper use and care of all tools and equipment
  • Perform other duties as assigned
Skills & Qualifications
  • Current or recent collision shop experience or training preferred
  • Strong automotive background
  • Good time management skills
  • Trustworthy, reliable, and dependable
  • Works well as part of a team
  • Ability to understand and meet customer needs
  • I-CAR and ASE certifications are a plus
  • Willing to submit to a drug screen and background check
  • Clean, valid driver's license required
