Position Overview

Bob Johnson Buick GMC South Collision Center is looking for a motivated and dependable individual to assist in multiple departments within our body shop. This entry-level position is a great opportunity for someone who wants to get started in the automotive collision industry and grow into a long-term career.

We are looking for someone who is flexible, willing to learn, and ready to help wherever needed. This role will float between parts, detail, housekeeping, and general shop support to help keep the collision center running smoothly.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist with parts-related tasks, including mirror matching parts
  • Drive vehicles to and from sublet vendors as needed
  • Wash and clean customer vehicles
  • Assist with detailing tasks
  • Remove garbage and help maintain a clean shop environment
  • Support housekeeping and general shop maintenance
  • Float between departments and assist wherever help is needed
Qualifications
  • Valid New York State driver's license required
  • Reliable, motivated, and willing to learn
  • Ability to work well in a team environment
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Ability to stay organized and help with a variety of tasks
  • No prior body shop experience required
