Job Description
We are always looking to add talented, motivated individuals to our growing team. Currently, we are seeking an enthusiastic, skilled candidate to fill the role of Body Shop Production Coordinator. A qualified candidate plays a crucial role in managing and coordinating the workflow of the collision repair process. This individual acts as the central hub between estimators, technicians, parts personnel, and the front office to ensure vehicles move efficiently through the repair process and are delivered on time and to standard. Key areas of responsibility include:
  • Coordinate the daily production schedule of vehicles from intake to delivery.
  • Monitor and track all repair orders for accuracy, efficiency, and timeliness.
  • Communicate with estimators, technicians, parts personnel, and service advisors to ensure repair status updates and seamless operations.
  • Identify and resolve workflow bottlenecks and delays.
  • Ensure all repairs are completed to the highest standards and meet customer expectations.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date repair order statuses in the management system.
  • Support quality control inspections before vehicle delivery.
  • Help manage sublet repairs and vendor relationships as needed.
  • Facilitate parts status follow-ups to reduce downtime.
  • Ensure all safety and compliance standards are met within the production area.
