• Conduct thorough evaluations for patients referred by physicians, identifying specific needs and concerns to tailor individualized treatment plans.
• Implement and monitor effective physical therapy interventions across various medical specialties, ensuring alignment with established physician care plans.
• Deliver high-quality therapeutic services, applying evidence-based techniques to enhance patient recovery, particularly focusing on orthopedic, pediatric, neurologic, and sports medicine cases.
• Educate and train patients and their caregivers on rehabilitation exercises, injury prevention strategies, and lifestyle modifications to support ongoing wellness.
• Document patient progress meticulously, ensuring all records meet compliance standards and contribute to continued care refinement.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to optimize treatment strategies and achieve maximum patient outcomes.
• Engage in activities that foster patient satisfaction and adherence to therapy goals while contributing to the clinic’s overall effectiveness.

In this role, you will work closely with a diverse patient demographic ranging in age and physical abilities. Our patient population includes individuals recovering from surgeries, sports-related injuries, and chronic pain conditions. Your expertise will directly impact their recovery journey, helping them regain mobility and confidence in their daily lives.

• A Doctorate in Physical Therapy (DPT) from an accredited academic institution.
• A valid state license as a Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT), issued by the Physical Therapy Examining Committee.
• Two (2) years of clinical experience in physical therapy, with a focus on patient assessment and treatment.
• A current CPR certification.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills to effectively convey treatment information to patients and their families.
• Proficient with computer applications, including electronic health records and documentation systems.
• A strong desire to foster meaningful relationships with patients to help them achieve and surpass their functional goals.
• Exemplary interpersonal skills that promote positive engagement with both patients and staff.

While two years of clinical experience are required, candidates with experience in specific areas, such as pediatric physical therapy, sports medicine, or post-operative rehabilitation, are highly valued. A commitment to ongoing professional development and a willingness to contribute to community outreach programs are encouraged.

The annual salary for this position ranges from USD 100,000 to 120,000, complemented by a comprehensive benefits package.
