You will work onsite in one of our modern rehabilitation facilities that is equipped to handle various patient needs. • Conduct comprehensive evaluations of each patient referred by their physician to create effective and personalized treatment plans based on their specific needs.
• Actively implement treatment plans utilizing evidence-based practices across multiple specialties, including orthopedics, pediatrics, neurology, and sports medicine.
• Deliver outstanding patient service while educating and training patients and their caregivers about recovery processes and home care techniques.
• Track patient progress and adjust treatment programs as necessary to achieve optimal recovery outcomes.
• Work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team, contributing to case discussions and utilizing shared resources to enhance patient care.
• Meet performance metrics and business objectives while maintaining a focus on quality patient interactions.

Your work will involve interacting with a diverse patient population, including children, athletes, and adults dealing with various physical conditions and rehabilitation needs. You will be responsible for building trusting relationships with each patient, encouraging their active participation in the therapy process, helping them overcome challenges, and celebrating their progress toward achieving functional goals.

• A Doctorate in Physical Therapy (DPT) from an accredited academic institution.
• A valid state license as a Doctor of Physical Therapist (DPT), granted by the Physical Therapy Examining Committee.
• A minimum of two years of clinical experience in a rehabilitation setting.
• Current CPR certification to ensure the highest safety standards for patients.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills to effectively interact with patients, families, and team members.
• Proficiency in computer applications and word processing, enabling accurate documentation and communication.
• A commitment to building relationships and fostering a supportive environment both for patients and within the community.

• Experience in specialized areas such as pediatric or geriatric physical therapy.
• Additional certifications or training relevant to physical therapy practice.
