• Conduct comprehensive evaluations, develop individualized treatment plans, and implement therapeutic interventions for patients referred by physicians.
• Utilize your expertise to treat a variety of patient conditions including orthopedic, pediatric, neurologic, and sports medicine cases.
• Provide exceptional customer service while ensuring effective communication with patients and their families, ensuring they understand their treatment goals and processes.
• Collaborate with a broader healthcare team to maximize patient outcomes through evidence-based practices.
• Deliver skilled therapeutic care in both the clinic and patient homes, utilizing appropriate treatment techniques and modalities in alignment with the physician’s plan of care.
• Educate and train patients and their caregivers on exercises, functional movements, and injury prevention strategies.
• Meet minimum utilization goals and actively contribute to the clinic’s performance objectives.

As a Physical Therapist at our facility, you will represent a diverse range of patient populations, from children recovering from sports injuries to adults managing chronic pain and mobility issues. • A Doctorate in Physical Therapy (DPT) from an accredited institution is required.
• A valid state license as a Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) as required by the Physical Therapy Examining Committee.
• At least two years of clinical experience in a physical therapy setting.
• Current CPR certification.
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, along with proficiency in computer systems and word processing software.
• A commitment to building rapport with patients, promoting a supportive and motivating environment.
• Ability to establish professional relationships within the local community.

• Experience in a variety of settings, particularly within rehabilitation and outpatient clinics.
• Specialized training or certifications in areas such as sports medicine, pediatrics, or neurologic therapy.
• Prior experience working collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team.

The compensation package for the Physical Therapist position at Collier Physical Therapy includes a salary range of USD 100,000 to 120,000 per year, based on clinical expertise and years of experience.
