The Collier Companies is looking for energetic individuals to join our team as Seasonal Turn Team Members!ย 

This is an on-site role, reporting from one of The Collier Companiesโ€™ community offices in Statesboro, which offers art museums, contemporary markets, and wilderness trails. It is home to the Splash in the Boro Water Park and the Georgia Southern Botanical Gardens. Statesboro was ranked as one of the best cities to visit in Georgia in 2023.

As a Seasonal Turn Team Member, you will be tasked with upholding various administrative, customer service, and curb appeal standardsย for incoming and departing residents during the Turnover Season from July to the end of August.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • Clerical duties, include filing, sorting, and assembling folders and new resident collateral as needed.
  • Working alongside the maintenance teams.
  • Assisting with customer service inquiries.
  • Assisting with move-ins and move-outs.
  • Cutting keys.
  • Inspecting and trashing out units.
  • Straightening and clean office area.
  • Assisting service team with curb appeal.
