What is Being Offered:

  • Flexible compensation, $60K-$80K base

What The Position is About:

  • Oversee and inspect the planning, execution, and completion of roofing projects to ensure quality, timeliness, and budget adherence
  • Manage the installation team, ensuring continuous improvement and training
  • Review proposals, contracts, scope of work and change orders
  • Visit job sites regularly to monitor progress, quality, safety, cleanliness, and site security
  • Oversee crew coordination and scheduling
  • Source/procure all related labor, material, equipment, and other items related to the job
  • Assist in resolving construction issues to maintain productivity
  • Timely and accurately read, interpret, and update paperwork throughout the course of the project
  • Consistently communicate with customers about their projects to ensure customer satisfaction

The Right Candidate Will Have:
