Del Sol Furniture is one of the few furniture retailers in Phoenix that provides in-house financing directly to our customers. That means our collections team is not chasing strangers — they are working with real customers who bought furniture from us, and the goal is always to find a solution that works for everyone.
We are looking for an experienced, high-performing bilingual collector who knows how to have difficult conversations professionally, negotiate payment arrangements effectively, and hit targets consistently without burning bridges.

What You Will Earn:

  • $18–$24 per hour 
  • Earned commission on top of base — realistic annual earnings of $50,000 and above for a strong performer

Your Schedule:

  • Full time, 8 or 10 hour shifts
  • Monday through Saturday — Saturday availability is required
  • In-person position at our Phoenix, AZ office

What You Will Do:

  • Contact customers with past-due accounts in a professional, empathetic, and results-oriented manner
  • Negotiate payment arrangements while following company policies and federal and state regulations including FDCPA
  • Document all customer interactions and payment agreements accurately in the system
  • Collaborate with the credit and customer service teams to resolve account issues and minimize delinquency
  • Consistently meet or exceed collection targets, call volume, and follow-up goals
  • Handle escalated situations with composure and professionalism

  • Bilingual English and Spanish — required, not preferred
  • 2+ years of experience in collections, accounts receivable, or a similar role
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding collection targets
  • Strong negotiator who can be firm without being aggressive

  • Able to handle difficult conversations with professionalism and empathy
  • Detail-oriented with strong documentation habits
  • Comfortable with CRM or collection software — we will train on our specific systems
