Lisa Gozlan Jewelry is seeking a passionate and customer-focused Sales Associate to join our showroom team. We’re looking for an enthusiastic, confident individual who thrives in a fast-paced retail environment and is dedicated to creating an elevated client experience. As a Sales Associate, you play an essential role in the daily operations of our showroom. You’ll guide clients through their purchasing journey, provide exceptional service, and support the management team in maintaining the seamless flow of showroom activities.


Key Responsibilities
General tasks include but are not limited to:


Sales & Client Experience
● Deliver personalized, high-touch client experiences that exceed customer expectations.
● Achieve and exceed individual sales goals, KPIs, and showroom performance targets.
● Identify opportunities for cross-selling and upselling across jewelry collections and services.
● Handle high-value transactions with accuracy and discretion.
● Develop and maintain extensive product knowledge, and use this expertise to assist customers in product selection, stacking and styling
● Resolve customer concerns professionally while maintaining the highest service standards and educating customers on product are
● Communicate our loyalty program, Happy Club, to customers and encourage sign-ups
● Create memorable experiences that strengthen brand loyalty and repeat business.


Store Operations
● Ensure merchandise is presented according to brand standards and visual merchandising
guidelines.
● Adhere to all security, cash handling, and loss prevention procedures.
● Assisting in all daily store operational tasks as requested by management

● Support opening and closing procedures through ensuring displays are set according to brand visual merchandising standards and the showroom is clean and ready for customers


Qualifications
● 1-2 years in retail sales experience, preferably in a luxury retail environment
● Strong communication and interpersonal skills
● Reliable, professional, and a proactive team player with a client-first mindset
● Passion for jewelry and enthusiasm to develop extensive product knowledge is a must. Jewelry knowledge or prior experience in the jewelry industry is an asset.
● Proven track record to achieving and exceeding sales target
● Ability to bring a positive, engaging energy to the workplace
● Multilingual capabilities are a plus.
● Must be able to work a flexible work schedule including nights, weekends and retail holidays
