What are some common challenges faced by professionals in collection roles, and how can they be effectively managed?

Collection professionals often encounter challenges such as handling difficult or unresponsive customers, meeting collection targets, and staying compliant with regulations. Success in this role requires strong communication skills, empathy, and the ability to negotiate solutions that work for both the customer and the organization.
