*This position requires an active TS/SCI, with polygraph eligibility * Responsibilities: The Sr. Intelligence Planner (ISR) applies deep intelligence expertise to integrate Defense and National ISR capabilities-spanning collection, analysis, and targeting-into operational planning efforts across the DoD. This role supports campaign development, crisis response, deliberate and time-sensitive planning, and ISR mission configuration in alignment with JOPES, while also contributing to red teaming and feasibility assessments.

The planner enhances ISR processes through research, documentation, and the application of advanced collection management principles, with required completion of the Intelligence Planner Course and DIA CCMP-F certification. Requirements: * Employs intelligence expertise and knowledge to assist in the integration of Defense and National intelligence support capabilities, including collection, analytic and targeting activities, into overarching operational planning functions and efforts across the DoD. Mission areas for Intelligence Planner assistance include, but not limited to, development of campaign plans, deliberate planning, crisis management, and time sensitive planning in accordance with the Joint Operations Planning and Execution System (JOPES).

Additionally, planners assist with red teaming, and intelligence operations feasibility assessments within the planning process. * Desired Experience: Minimum 12 years of experience related to the specific labor category with at least a portion of the experience within the last 2 years. * Desired Education: Master's degree in an area related to the labor category from a college or university accredited by an agency recognized by the U.S.

Department of Education; or have Meets all qualifications & skills of a Mid, plus. * Bachelor's degree related to the labor category from a college or university accredited by an agency recognized by the U.S. Department of Education and an additional 5 years of related senior experience, for a total of 17 years, as a substitute to the Master's degree.

* Support the planning, development, implementation, and sustainment of ISR projects, processes, and efficiency improvements by applying advanced collection management principles, practices, methods, and techniques. * Support ISR and CM related project analysis, research, and product development in areas including roles, responsibilities, processes, and procedures; best practices and lessons learned; TTPs; guides; and associated studies and documentation. * Demonstrate proficiency in intricate system configurations used during ISR mission planning to include intelligence roles, responsibilities, relationships, organizations, procedures, interoperability, and interconnectivity requirements.

* Must successfully complete the Intelligence Planner Course (IPC) (I/II) and DIA CCMP-F certification exam within one year. Core One is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
