Vantor is seeking an experienced Collection Manager to support intelligence operations and defense mission requirements in the GCC. The Collection Manager serves as the primary liaison between military operations, analytic cells, and collection organizations, ensuring intelligence collection efforts align with strategic military objectives, operational priorities, and mission requirements.
The successful candidate will provide expert guidance on defense-related intelligence priorities, operational requirements, and tactical considerations while coordinating collection activities across multiple intelligence disciplines. This role is responsible for translating complex operational needs into actionable collection directives, integrating real-time battlefield intelligence into collection plans, and enhancing situational awareness and decision-making across military and government organizations.
Working Conditions

Responsibilities:
  • Serve as the primary liaison between military operations, intelligence analysts, and collection organizations.
  • Develop, prioritize, and manage intelligence collection requirements in support of military operations and strategic objectives.
  • Coordinate and synchronize collection activities across multiple intelligence disciplines and operational stakeholders.
  • Advise leadership on defense-related intelligence priorities, military capabilities, emerging threats, and operational requirements.
  • Translate commander and operational information requirements into actionable collection strategies and directives.
  • Integrate real-time operational and battlefield intelligence into collection planning and execution processes.
  • Coordinate with Saudi Arabian, allied, and partner military organizations to ensure collection efforts support joint mission objectives.
  • Monitor collection operations and assess collection effectiveness against established intelligence requirements.
  • Support mission planning, execution, and after-action assessments through collection management expertise.
  • Ensure compliance with military procedures, intelligence oversight requirements, security protocols, and operational standards.
  • Develop intelligence collection plans, reporting mechanisms, and collection management briefings for senior leadership.
  • Identify intelligence gaps and recommend collection strategies to improve situational awareness and operational effectiveness.

Minimum Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Geospatial Intelligence, Geographic Information Systems (GIS), Geography, Political Science, Military Science, Intelligence Studies, Operational Research, Data Science, or a related field.
  • Minimum 8 years of relevant professional experience in intelligence operations, collection management, military operations, or related disciplines.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience leading military collection teams in joint operational environments.
  • Demonstrated experience managing intelligence collection requirements and coordinating collection activities in support of military operations.
  • Strong understanding of intelligence collection disciplines, military operations, and operational planning processes.
  • Experience working with joint, coalition, or multinational military organizations.
  • Strong analytical, organizational, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including experience briefing senior military and government leaders.

Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience supporting NATO, U.S., Gulf Cooperation Council (GCC), or allied military and defense organizations.
  • Experience working in operational headquarters, intelligence fusion centers, or joint operations centers.
  • Knowledge of Middle East and North Africa (MENA) security dynamics and regional military operations.
  • Experience integrating GEOINT, all-source intelligence, and operational reporting into collection management processes.
  • Familiarity with intelligence requirements management, collection synchronization, and operational assessment methodologies.
  • Professional military education or advanced intelligence training.
