We are also both fast and aggressive, which keeps us recognized as a leader in the alternative funding space. We are currently seeking a Collection Specialist to join our team. This position is remote.
We are looking for an organized, efficient Collection Specialist. The Collection Specialist responsibilities include written and verbal communication. analyzing accounts to produce the best results, while maintaining the balance between providing customer service and collections and managing merchant accounts to ensure clearance of payments.

To be a successful Collection Specialist, you should have good time management, organizational skills, and focus. You should also demonstrate excellent interpersonal skills, communication, and the ability to multi-task.

Collection Specialist Requirements:

  • A High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • Experience in Collections with minimum 2 years
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and time management skills.
  • Excellent teamwork, motivational, interpersonal, communication, and strong negotiation skills.
  • Detailed and self-motivated.
  • The ability to quickly switch your focus.
  • Familiarity with CRM platforms.
  • An understanding of general collection practices.
  • Bilingual Required (Spanish).
