Welcome to Loves: The primary purpose of this position is to manage the region's existing customer base, recruit profitable new diesel volume into Love's locations, promote the Love's Express Card, and to manage, audit, and provide customer support for all group discount accounts.

Job Functions:

  • Management existing customer volumes and relationships within region with the highest level of integrity and customer service
  • Secure and grow profitable diesel/ tire/ light mechanic/ factoring business with both existing customers and new prospects
  • Complete 20-30 customer/prospect calls weekly and provide report for each to RM
  • Negotiate deals based on available volume, and maintain assigned monthly margin and volume goals
  • Meet and/or exceed Year Over Year and profitability goals
  • Work closely with Senior Account Manager and other team members in identifying market and competition trends
  • Actively promote all Love's services to within region: Tire Care & Roadside and Factoring
  • Work closely with Inside Support to insure proper discount setup and timely and accurate customer support
  • Responsible for complete and accurate customer data within Salesforce customer management software
  • Develop and maintain positive relationships with all Love's vendors
  • Actively pursue opportunities for personal development within the department and company
  • Other duties assigned as needed
  • Travel required 3 weeks per month

Experience and Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Bachelor's Degree preferred
  • 3 years of inside sales and territory management

Skills and Physical Demands: 

  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office as well as billing and collection procedures
  • Ability to prioritize
  • Team player who takes ownership of personal duties as well as team goals
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong time management and organization skills
  • Sense of urgency and keen attention to detail
  • Ability to manage numerous competing demands in an extremely high stress environment
