  • ArchitectscalableM&Ssolutions.Designand implement software solutions - including common physics and engineering model components-builton enterpriseModeling and Simulation libraries and frameworks. Lead architecture decisions that account fordiverse user requirements, use cases, andtrade spaceconstraints, ensuring solutions areoptimizedfor deployment acrosscloud andhigh-performancecomputing environments

  • Liaison.Serveas a senior liaison, providing proactive coordination and consultation toAerospace andcustomers; specifically, leadadoptionwith software development teams toestablishand mature CI/CD pipelines for M&S workflows, enabling automated testing, integration, and deployment of common components. Champion software engineering best practices - version control, containerization, automated validation - to accelerate delivery andimprove credibility across program

What You Need to be Successful

MinimumRequirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in STEM or other technical discipline

  • 10or more years of increasingly responsible professionalengineeringroles, especially related to DEand M&S.

  • Hands-on software development experience in C++ and/or Python, particularlyin the contextof building,maintaining, or integrating enterprise-scale M&S libraries, physics, models, or simulation frameworks

  • Knowledge ofand experience with DE and M&Secosystems, cloudand HPC environments and services, data management, AI/ML technologies

  • Expertisewith CI/CD tools and practices including platforms such as GitLabCI, Jenkins, or GitHub Actions- withdemonstratedexperience designing or managing automated build, test, and deployment pipelines forsimulationsoftware

  • Exceptional communication skills, with the ability tocovey complex technical and mission focusedconceptsacross a broadrange ofaudiencesandmultipledisciplines.

  • Ability to Initiate acquisition of technical support fromappropriate corporateresources

  • Track recordin building technicalproficiencythrough mentoring and talent development initiatives

  • This position requires ability to obtain andmaintaina security clearance, which is issued by the US government. U.S. citizenship isrequiredto obtain a security clearance.
