Fanatics Collectibles is a new company working at the intersection of collectibles and technology.  We are backed by some of the best investors, sports & entertainment properties, and operators in the world.  Fanatics Collectibles is integrating with Fanatics' global digital sports platform - which includes 900 sports relationships and 81+ million reachable fans - to reimagine the collectibles business for the 21st century.

Role Summary

Fanatics Collectibles is looking for a Shipping & Receiving Associate I to support shipping & receiving operations for our Autograph Operations team. This role reports into our Shipping & Receiving department and is responsible for ensuring that autographs and memorabilia are packaged securely and shipped on-time to our athlete partners. Candidates with a passion for sports, culture, & entertainment will find themselves a strong cultural fit.

Responsibilities:

  • Receives and reviews shipping orders and pack lists, ensuring accuracy of product details, quantities, and shipping addresses
  • Conducts data entry of shipping information into shipping software to generate labels and documentation
  • Packs products securely and efficiently for shipping, utilizing appropriate packaging materials and techniques
  • Maintains inventory of shipping materials, to include boxes, labels, packing materials, and card sleeves
  • Collaborates cross-functionally to assist other departments, such as quality control and pack outs, as needed
  • Effectively communicates with Athlete Partnerships to ensure timely completion of order requests

The Ideal Candidate:

  • Dallas / Sunnyvale, TX based
  • High school diploma or GED required
  • Prior experience in shipping and receiving at FedEx, USPS, UPS, or equivalent, required
  • Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to lift 10-15 lbs. at once, preferred
  • Ability to stand for extended periods of time, required
  • Proficient experience with Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Excel) and data management systems, preferred
  • Prior experience with FedEx or equivalent shipping tools, preferred
