Requirements
  • 7+ years in preโ€‘sales, consulting, or architectural roles focused on enterprise collaboration technologies
  • Deep experience with Cisco Collaboration platforms including CUCM, Webex Calling, Webex Contact Center, and collaboration devices
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft 365 and Microsoft Teams including integration and coexistence scenarios
  • Certifications Cisco Collaboration certifications (CCNP or CCIE Collaboration preferred)
  • Cisco Webex Calling or Webex Contact Center certifications
  • Microsoft Teams or Modern Work certifications preferred
