Job Description
Gpac is working with a great client that is looking for a strong Office Manager who wants to take ownership of the financial side of the business and grow into the Chief Financial Officer in Southeast ND. This is a hands-on role where you’ll manage day-to-day accounting (AR/AP, reconciliations, reporting), handle customer and vendor accounts, oversee inventory and workflow from parts to billing, and support payroll, HR, and compliance; all while keeping a close eye on cash flow and overall financial health. This right person will work directly with leadership, have real visibility into the business, and be part of an ESOP company where your impact matters and your growth is supported.
• Strong accounting foundation (Quickbooks knowledge required) • Experience supporting or running business operations • Ownership mindset and desire to grow Support benefits administration, full office workflow, managing customer accounts, internal trouble shooting, and problem solving. Comp: $20-$40/hour + bonus | Full benefits + 401K | ESOP | Onsite
