Job description

E-Corp, Inc, a wine, beer, and liquor import-distribution company, is looking for a full-time Warehouse Assistant to join our team. E-Corp, Inc. is a family-owned and operated business that has been distributing unique beverages to liquor stores and restaurants in Colorado for the past 35 years out of our warehouse in Englewood, Colorado.

We are looking for:
A reliable individual with attention to detail who enjoys an active job, and can fix problems as they come up.
 Warehouse Assistant Job Description:
From 7:30am-4:30pm Monday-Friday, arrive at the warehouse in Englewood (Near Evans and Santa Fe) and report to the warehouse manager for assignments. Tasks include, but are not limited to: Organizing warehouse, pulling pallets with pallet jack, receiving and tearing down shipments, inventory counting, maintaining a clean warehouse, pulling orders and preparing/staging them for the drivers. Once a week deliver to a Denver liquor store and put their shipment away onto their shelves. Once a month pick up pallet from local warehouse and bring back to E-Corp warehouse.  

Occasionally, if a delivery driver is out sick, fill-in as delivery driver (as able) and assume that driver’s assigned route. Could be anywhere along the I-25 corridor: Colorado Springs, Fort Collins, Boulder, Denver, or Aurora. We do not deliver past the front range.

Job Requirements:
Clean driving record and Colorado State driver's License - (Commercial driving license not needed)
Ability to communicate in English; verbally and in reading/writing
Ability to lift 30-50lbs boxes
Ability to get along with others, though it is generally a quiet position.
No Felonies (Need to be able to pass security and get onto a military base)

A typical day entails:
Arriving at the warehouse at 7:30am M-F. Report to warehouse manager. Warehouse manager will give instruction, but generally starts with pulling orders for that-day delivery. As the drivers arrive to the warehouse, continue helping them pull orders and get product onto their truck according to their route, double checking to make sure they have the correct items. Once the drivers leave, the warehouse manager takes stock of the warehouse- what needs to be pulled down from long-term storage to the floor, or what needs to be moved or consolidated for incoming shipments. If there are no special tasks, the warehouse assistant continues to pull orders for the following day’s deliveries. Keep the warehouse tidy, organized, and clean.  In addition, once a week, there will be a delivery to a Denver liquor store where the products will need to be put away on their shelves. Occasional pick ups from a local warehouse.  Day ends at 4:30pm.
Compensation:
Hourly: $20/hour (more depending on experience)
70% of Heathcare Insurance (Kaiser) costs covered, and 70% of Dental Insurance (Delta Dental) after 3 months of working.

3 day paid time off after 6 months, 7 days paid time off after 1 year
