Job Summary
The Warehouse Associate I (Cold Associate) plays a crucial role in ensuring accurate, efficient, and timely order fulfillment within a refrigerated environment. This position supports the local team by preparing totes with ice and organizing inventory prior to shipment. Candidates are expected to uphold high standards of inventory accuracy, safety, and operational excellence while working independently during night shifts.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare totes with ice and stage orders in refrigerated areas for fulfillment.
- Receive, verify, and store warehouse inventory; report discrepancies or damages.
- Pick and pack customer orders accurately; ensure totes are ready for outbound shipping.
- Perform daily cycle counts and research inventory discrepancies.
- Support inventory control, stocking, replenishment, and shipping operations.
- Process returns and complete required data entry.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized warehouse workspace.
- Use warehouse management systems (PkMS/WMS) for daily tasks.
- Follow all company policies, safety guidelines, and DEA regulations.
