Job description

We're looking for a licensed agent with a minimum of 3 years of experience who can take warm online leads and turn them into closed transactions. Not cold calling. Not door knocking. These are real buyer and seller leads coming through our digital infrastructure, and we need someone who's fast on follow-up, sharp on the phone, and knows how to build trust quickly with people they've never met.


You'll receive a steady pipeline of buyer and seller leads generated through our website, SEO, paid campaigns, and digital marketing. Your job is to respond fast, qualify effectively, nurture the ones who aren't ready yet, and convert the ones who are. You'll have CRM tools, drip campaigns, and a transaction team behind you so you can stay focused on conversations and closings.

Compensation:

$250,000


Responsibilities:
  • Respond to new leads within 5 minutes during business hours
  • Qualify buyer and seller inquiries through phone, text, and email
  • Manage your pipeline in our CRM with detailed notes and consistent follow-up
  • Nurture long-term leads through systematic touchpoints until they're ready to transact
  • Convert qualified leads into signed buyer agreements and listing appointments
  • Guide clients through showings, offers, negotiations, and closings
  • Coordinate with our transaction and marketing team to ensure a seamless client experience
  • Attend weekly team meetings and report on pipeline activity and conversion metrics

Qualifications:
  • Active California Real Estate License (required)
  • Minimum 3 years of real estate sales experience
  • Proven ability to convert online leads into closed transactions
  • Comfortable with CRM systems, following funnels and scripts, and rapid response workflows
  • Strong phone skills and ability to build rapport quickly
  • Self-motivated with a sense of urgency around lead follow-up
  • Organized with strong pipeline management habits
