Position- Senior Cognos Admin

  • Strong administrative and development knowledge of Cognos environment and tools
  • Resolving production issues and tickets in the Cognos environment in a timely manner
  • Installation and configuration of all suites of Cognos BI products on a multi-server environment
  • Install Patches and other major updates
  • Setup content store database, LDAP configuration and mail exchange server
  • Setup of the backups of all Cognos environments
  • Administer Cognos user accounts, package, folder, data level security
  • Setup Audit and samples reporting packages and reports
  • Cognos Connection portal page customization
  • Monitoring and troubleshooting of servers with performance issues
  • Monitor and document each Iteration of the project
