Job Summary

The Customer Service Manager (CSM), Coffee Services & Markets, oversees daily account operations while delivering exceptional customer service. This role manages route drivers, supports client retention, ensures product availability, and serves as the primary liaison for customer needs. The ideal candidate is customer-focused, organized, and dedicated to driving service excellence, account growth, and operational success.


Key Responsibilities
   Conduct customer site visits and support client retention efforts.
   Ensure Coffee Services and Market accounts meet service, merchandising, and product availability standards.
   Assist with new account launches, market openings, and service transitions.
   Address customer concerns and coordinate timely issue resolution.
   Support sales growth through product recommendations, merchandising, and promotional opportunities.
   Monitor account performance and implement action plans to improve service and profitability.
   Ensure compliance with company and national account standards.
   Partner with Operations, Sales, and Route teams to deliver outstanding customer experience.
   Train and support route personnel on service and merchandising best practices.
   When needed, perform Route Driver duties, including product delivery, stocking micro-markets, replenishing coffee and pantry services, and servicing customer locations.


Preferred Qualifications
   Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent experience.
   2-4 years of customer service, route management, account management, or related experience.
   Experience in Coffee Services, Micro-Markets, Vending, Convenience Services, Food Service or Retail management preferred.
   Valid driver's license with a good driving record.
   Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
   Ability to travel to customer locations.
   Ability to lift to 50 lbs. regularly.
   Passion for delivering exceptional customer service and building strong client relationships.
