The Coffee Shop Operator oversees the daily operations of a busy coffee shop, managing a medium-sized team of 6-15 employees. This role involves hands-on supervision, ensuring quality customer service, maintaining health and safety standards, and coordinating with vendors regularly. The operator is responsible for budget management, inventory control, staff training, and implementing promotional campaigns to drive business growth. Occasional local travel may be required to support vendor relations and marketing activities.
