Coffee Machine Technician


Are you mechanically inclined with a love for coffee? Join our team as a Coffee Machine Technician and help support some of the best cafes and production facilities in the region. We're looking for someone with hands-on technical skills, a problem-solving mindset, and a commitment to excellence.


This position plays a key role in maintaining, repairing, and installing coffee equipment-from espresso machines and grinders to brewers and filtration systems. Whether you're in the field troubleshooting an urgent repair or performing preventative maintenance at a local cafe, your work will directly impact the quality of coffee served every day.

What You'll Do:

  • Service and repair espresso machines, grinders, brewers, and other coffee equipment
  • Install new equipment and ensure proper calibration
  • Perform preventative maintenance and keep detailed service records
  • Communicate with cafe and production teams to resolve issues efficiently
  • Educate users on equipment care and basic troubleshooting
  • Maintain inventory of tools, parts, and supplies
  • Travel to local cafe sites as needed

What You'll Bring:

  • 1-2 years of experience in equipment repair or maintenance (coffee tech, HVAC, electrical, or similar)
  • Familiarity with coffee equipment brands like La Marzocco, Mazzer, Curtis, Bunn, etc.
  • Excellent troubleshooting skills and mechanical aptitude
  • Strong communication and time management abilities
  • Basic understanding of plumbing and electrical systems
  • Valid driver's license and a clean driving record
  • Self-motivated, dependable, and able to work with minimal supervision

Physical Requirements:

  • Able to lift and carry up to 80lbs
  • Comfortable bending, kneeling, and working in tight spaces
  • Ability to work on your feet for extended periods

Schedule & Pay:

  • Full-Time: Weekends required depending on Shop Hours and the scope of the repair
  • Pay Range: $25 - $30 per hour (Depending on Experience)
  • Paid Sick Leave and Equipment/Tools Provided
  • Mileage reimbursement for service calls
