Job Description

The Role

We are seeking a highly motivated Product & Go-To-Market (GTM) Manager - North America to drive product strategy, go-to-market execution, and commercial performance across our solutions portfolio. This role sits at the intersection of product management, GTM execution, partnerships, and commercial enablement, working closely with local and Group stakeholders.

This position requires strong strategic thinking, structured execution, cross-functional collaboration, and a deep understanding of market dynamics, customer needs, and competitive positioning.

What you'll do

Product Strategy, Development & Lifecycle

  • Own product GTM design, execution, and evaluation across assigned solutions.
  • Support product development initiatives from ideation through launch, including collaboration with Group teams.
  • Adapt and enhance global product offerings to meet North American market needs and commercial priorities.
  • Monitor product performance, market adoption, and KPIs, recommending enhancements, optimizations, or rationalization as needed.
  • Act as a local product expert, supporting internal stakeholders with knowledge and insights.

Go-To-Market (GTM) Execution

  • Design and execute GTM strategies for new product launches, enhancements, and commercial initiatives.
  • Develop compelling GTM messaging, value propositions, and positioning tailored to target segments.
  • Partner with sales, marketing, and other internal teams to ensure effective market rollout and adoption.
  • Measure and evaluate GTM effectiveness, incorporating learnings into future launches.

Partnerships

  • Support partnership strategy development and GTM execution in collaboration with internal and external partners.
  • Contribute to partner-focused content, enablement materials, and value propositions.
  • Coordinate with Group and local stakeholders to align partnership initiatives with overall commercial and product strategy.

Cross-sell & Upsell Strategy

  • Develop and execute cross-sell and upsell strategies across the product portfolio.
  • Create supporting GTM plans, messaging, and commercial content to drive incremental growth.
  • Collaborate with sales and marketing to embed cross-sell/upsell opportunities into campaigns, tools, and sales processes.

Product & Strategic Projects

  • Lead or contribute to product-related projects at both the local and Group level.
  • Coordinate cross-functional initiatives, ensuring alignment on scope, timelines, and deliverables.
  • Serve as a key liaison between business, product, marketing, and other stakeholders.

Product Ownership

  • Own product-related processes, documentation, contracts, templates, and internal communications to ensure clarity, consistency, and accountability across the product lifecycle.
  • Manage and coordinate Coface product updates, releases, and notices.
  • Ensure timely, accurate, and clear communication of product changes to relevant internal audiences.
  • Maintain structured documentation and reference materials to support internal alignment.

Competitive & Market Intelligence

  • Conduct ongoing competitor and market analysis, including market share, positioning, and product comparisons.
  • Monitor trends, evolving customer needs, and competitive moves to inform product and GTM strategy.
  • Translate insights into actionable recommendations for product enhancements and commercial strategy.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Product Management, or related field.
  • 5-7+ years of experience in product management, GTM, strategy, or related commercial roles.
  • Strong experience working cross-functionally with sales, marketing, product, and Group stakeholders.
  • Demonstrated ability to design and execute GTM strategies and product launches.
  • Analytical mindset with experience in market and competitive analysis.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to translate complexity into clear messaging.
  • Strong project management and organizational skills.
  • Experience in B2B, financial services, insurance, risk, or information services is highly desirable.
