About This Role

We are seeking an experienced Master Plumber to lead technical training and quality assurance for our growing plumbing team in Gypsum, Colorado In this role, you'll start each day by coaching and developing plumbers through hands-on training, technical instruction, code education, and best-practice discussions. The remainder of your day will focus on field quality assurance, jobsite inspections, and supporting technicians on complex residential plumbing projects. This is an ideal opportunity for a highly respected plumbing professional who enjoys teaching, mentoring, and elevating the performance of an entire organization.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct daily technical training sessions and skill development meetings
    โ€ข Mentor apprentices, installers, and licensed plumbers
    โ€ข Establish and maintain installation quality standards
    โ€ข Perform field inspections and quality audits on large plumbing projects
    โ€ข Ensure compliance with plumbing codes and company standards
    โ€ข Support troubleshooting and technical problem-solving on challenging jobs
    โ€ข Partner with leadership to improve processes, training programs, and overall craftsmanship

Requirements:

  • Active Master Plumber license preferred
    โ€ข Extensive residential plumbing experience
