Position: Platform Analyst

Role Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented, junior Platform Analyst to support the testing, rollout, and continuous improvement of our internal media planning and analytics platform.

This role focuses on ensuring new features and workflow updates are thoroughly tested, clearly documented, and successfully adopted by internal teams. The ideal candidate is organized, process-driven, and comfortable working across technical and non-technical stakeholders. This is not a software development role - rather, it is centered on quality assurance, coordination, and user enablement.

This position offers strong growth exposure to media technology, analytics systems, and cross-functional product collaboration.

Key Responsibilities

Platform Testing & Quality Assurance

  • Test new platform features, enhancements, and workflow updates prior to release
  • Conduct structured user acceptance testing (UAT)
  • Identify, document, and track bugs or usability issues
  • Validate system outputs for accuracy and alignment with business needs

Workflow & Product Support

  • Provide organized feedback on usability and process improvements
  • Translate business requirements into clear testing scenarios
  • Partner with product and engineering teams to clarify expected functionality

Training & Documentation

  • Support onboarding and training for internal users
  • Create and maintain user guides, release notes, and documentation
  • Serve as a resource for platform-related questions

Project & Release Coordination

Our office is located in Newtown, Connecticut. While we maintain a highly flexible work culture for all, our local candidates are encouraged to use our updated office space in Sandy Hook, CT which allows you to take part in our office culture and team development that naturally occurs in office. In addition, if you need to take a break from work, there is a beautiful waterfall and serene stream just outside our front door. Candidates from outside the local area who are able to work during our core East Coast office hours, 8:30am-5:30pm ET, are encouraged to apply. Our team working remotely is invited to the office a minimum of two times per year for our Summer Party and again for the Holiday Party.
