How you'll make an impact in this roleTeam Leadership: Recruit, train, and supervise a 24/7 security force. Ensure staff are proficient in non-violent crisis intervention and de-escalation techniques.
Emergency Management: Act as a key member of the Emergency Management Committee. Lead responses to "Codes" (e.g., Code Silver for active shooters, Code Pink for infant abduction).
